For International Women’s Day on March 8, Nepali Times caught up with Nima Gharti Magar, a Wushu athlete and South Asian Games gold medalist. Determined to break barriers and gender stereotypes in a male-dominated profession, Nima walks us through her practice regime and talks about empowering other girls and young women to pursue sports despite the odds.
